Refund policy

U.S. orders only:

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged, in their original condition, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at inquiry@Invite-L.com. We will then provide you with the return address vis email. 

All returns and exchanges must be included on your packing slip. Any non-authorized returns will be refused or returned to the sender.

For all returns, we deduct a fee of $5.45 (restocking fee) per item from the refund due to the customer. This fee is waived for all eligible exchanges or store credits.

Internation orders only:

Currently, we do not sell to any countries outside the United States. If necessary, please contact us via email at inquiry@invite-l.com.

Damages and issues

If damaged after customer wear, we will make our best recommendation to assist, but we do not replace or refund worn or used merchandise within reason.

We do not accept returns purchased from another retailer. We recommend that customers contact the retailer directly.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellation for Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are deemed to involve malicious customer behavior, including but not limited to: repeated abuse of return policies, fraudulent or false orders, exploitation of platform policies, or any activity suspected to be related to financial fraud or criminal behavior. The following terms apply:

1. Order Review and Cancellation
All orders are subject to review. If an order is identified as suspicious or potentially fraudulent, we may cancel the order at our sole discretion without prior notice.

2. Notification of Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, we will notify the customer via the email address provided at the time of purchase. The notification will include the reason for cancellation when applicable.

3. Refund Process
If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.

4. Shipping Interruption
If a suspicious order is identified after shipping has commenced, we reserve the right to intercept and cancel delivery. In such cases, further instructions regarding refunds or returns will be provided.

5. Reporting to Authorities
For orders suspected to involve financial fraud or criminal activity, we may report the incident to relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies as required by law.

6. Policy Enforcement
This policy is enforced to protect our customers and ensure a safe and secure shopping environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict access to customers who engage in malicious activities.
